Position Name: Sales Admin Staff - Automotive Manufacture (OEM)
Report Line: Japanese Manager
Work Location: MM2100, Cibitung
- Support Manager for Customer inquiry
- Customer periodic price adjustment making
- Customer periodic price adjustment input on customer system (HPM Web ID, ADM OCIS, GTOP Nissan)
- AFSP (Application for Selling Price) making and submission for internal appoval
- Price input in EXACT system
- Customer negotiation suppoorts
- Sales Order Monthly check price and volume data from Customer Window team
- Budget and MTP making and analysist
- Customer satisfaction index survey (CCSI Survey)
- Customer new RFQ handling supports
- Service Parts Document making for SPN (Service Part Notice) and follow up to another Dept for SPPS and SPIS.
- Attending Supplier Meeting (Getsudo)
- Overall window person for any customers inquiry and requirement
- 2 years of working experiences as Sales / Marketing in the manufacturing company supply for OEM Automotive. (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English (Japanese is additional advantage). (Mandatory)
- Good capability on utilizing excel formula and function for summary and analysis data. (Mandatory)
- Though, fast learner, attractive personality and good negotiation skills. (Mandatory)
