JOB Responsibility
- Manage and review all task from incubation team in develop new product.
- monitoring the incubation team (3 market analyst) in review the product after launch
- Give advice to Japanese BD manager, according to business strategy and product planning
- Get new idea to create new product
- Prepare recruitment senior staff to fulfill the incubation team
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report
- Coordination with senior manager about all strategy and goal target
Requirement
- Able to Speak English ( Business Level )
- Good communication skill
- Good presentation & negotiation skill
- Good Analytical Thinking.
- Able to do the Financial review, Financial analyze,
- Strong experience in excel, SPSS and Other programs related with data analysis, and confidence in preparing projections, estimates and reports.
- 27 - 35 years old
Experience
- Minimum of 5 year experience working in the same field, Financial Services, Leasing or Bank
