[Responsibilities]
• The position will handle customers through tele-marketing
• Promotion and support to new customers and existing customers together with outdoor marketing person
• Supporting customer by phone call and email and providing correct product information
• Register and process Export functions and duties
• Other administrative duties.
[Requirement]
• Tele marketing knowledge and experience is necessary.
• Good English level is necessary
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formula, pivot)
Excel macros or Access is an advantage
[Desirable Requirement]
• Experience as Call Center
