Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Report To: QA Manager (Japanese)

Work Location: Jababeka Cikarang Industrial Estate

Responsibilities:

【Position title is Quality Assurance Supervisor but its responsibility including management of some department like Service Engineer, Sales Engineer, Equipment Management, and Techinical Development.】

・Devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues.

・Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.

・Monitoring all operations that affect quality.

・Supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians and other staff.

・Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

・Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

・Accompany technical staffs and go to client factory for checking up, installation and launch some machine.

・Accompany sales staffs to go to client factory for negotiations.   

・Managing technical department not only Quality Assurance, but also Searvice and Sales Engineer, Equipment Management, and Techinical Development.

※ Will go to Japan for a traning for 3 month.

Minimum Requirement:

・5 to 7 years working experience in quality assurance or production technology department.

・Commit to work for at least 3 years.

・Have knowledge about ISO 9001.

・Have knowledge about machine and metal.

Desired Qualification:

・Able to speak Japanese. [Level is around N4]

・Graduated from a department related to engineering.
