[Job Description]
1. Grasp and manage the delivery situation of cotton products from the factory to their clients.
2. Check the stock of the products and adjust the delivery date with the persons concerned.
You will often have to make a round trip from the head office in Jakarta to the factory and partnering companies in Tangerang, Cikanpek, and Bandung. (2~3 times / week)
3. Prepare a report and keep in touch with Japanese staffs in Japan flequently.
You will frequently have to communicate with them in Japanese via Telephpne, Email, etc.
[Requirements]
・Good command of speaking and listening in Japanese.
※If you cannot read and write a business email (written in Kanji),
English skill is necessary instead of Japanese skill.
・Have experience of working more than 3 years is preferable.
・Good command of English. (Both oral and written) is preferable.
※More than communication level.
・Good command of reading and writing business emails in Japanese is preferable.
（N1 or N2 or N3 Level）
・Female only.
