<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for supporting the team to create ideas and improvements for the Training Dept
- Responsibility for Dept. Achievement.
- Running the training activity
- Supporting technical trainers and non-technical trainers
- Responsible for Technical Assessment
- Preparing Training documents such as Text Material, Simulator & Evaluation Improvement
- Handle annual Training Plan
- Conduct Apprentice Program
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education min. Masters in Organizational Industrial Psychology / Human Resources Management
・Experience min. 4 years as a trainer in the Company, able to carry out training administration and operations
・Having good communication skills
