Job Description
- Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Utilize HRZero for more efficient HR operations and reporting
- Oversee full recruitment process, which includes job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure company regulations complies with all labor laws and regulations
- Kee up to date on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments in HR policies
- Managed payroll calculation and attendance management
- Manage BPJS employment, health, and insurance processes, ensuring timely enrollment and claims
- Coordinate with external vendors for employee benefits and services
- Oversee office administration tasks, including facility management and other related general affair
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's or associate Degree (D3) in Psychology, Law, or Management
・Minimum 3 years of working as experience as HRGA in the Manufacturing industry
・Good understanding of HRIS system, preferably good understanding of HRZero too
・Good understanding of laws and regulations related to labor laws
・Good understanding on personnel process which includes but not limited to employee recruitment, training, and evaluation
・ Experience in handling BPJS employment, and Health and Insurance
・Understand able to communicate in English
