<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee the estimation process, including cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering, to support strategic bidding decisions - Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Plumbing works - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants - Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to align tender strategies with operational capabilities and budget constraints - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine estimation methodologies and improve bid success rates - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) ・Business English proficiency (able to communicate with foreigners regarding technical matters) ・More than 20 years in the construction industry with min. 15 years of experience as MEP Tender & Estimation/QS for General Constructor, min. 5 years as Manager in HO, good understanding of documents for tender process ・Proficiency in using MS Excel ・Not a job hopper (stayed at least 5 years in one company) ・Good communication skill, good leadership skill, committed, active and healthy
