Job Description
- Manage and handle every aspect of the stamping process - Make engineering operational activity plan and control the progress - Controlling production tools and equipment - Countermeasure to any problem that occurs in the stamping process - Make project improvement plan, follow-up progress, and make sure goals will be achieved - Ensure output meets the quality standards. - Preparing and controlling the tools and materials. - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Extensive knowledge in engineering tools and skill (AutoCAD, Drawing, Technical Tooling/Dies, Stamping, Dies Calculation, Part Calculation) - Experienced and knowledgeable in engineering stamping (min. approx. 2 years of exp.) - At least Assistant Manager experience *Experience in handling subordinates in large manufacturing company - Ability to speak English conversational level - Has firm leadership, excellent communication, professional attitude - Commitment, analytical and logical thinking, willing and motivated to learn - Willing in Cikarang area
