<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of experience in Ester, CAPB or Amido Amine Plant, with managerial experience ・Good understanding in production process, changeovers, troubleshooting and maintenance ・Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
