Job Description
- Create and maintain the standard of material specifications and quality - Performs material and weld quality inspection to verify that incoming materials meet the specifications - Prepare test package documents (ITP, test reports etc.) - Document and maintain all inspection records as per contract/specifications - Perform inspection at vendors facilities and worksites, on fabricated pipes, steel structure, blasting, painting works, galvanizing or other installation works, including verification of tests at their premises - Implement and monitor proper storage, handling and usage of welding equipment and welding filter rods. - Investigate and analyze non-conformities and observations, figuring out solutions and to follow-up on corrective action of non-conforming materials - Coordinating and supervising the inspection list, material delivery, and corrective actions of piping and other material and mechanical items - Reports and documentation related Quality Control of Piping and mechanical design and processes - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering ・Experiences as Quality Control/Piping Engineer min. 5 years in Engineering or Construction site/Construction Business ・Basic knowledge on civil and building work, mechanical and electrical ・Master working drawings and volume calculations ・Good understanding of construction methods, types of materials and welding process ・Ability to recognize contractual obligations for all parties involved ・Financial and commercial awareness ・Business level English (communication, writing) ・Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Teams) & AutoCAD (or other CAD software like Solidworks) ・Excellent communication skill ・Strong personality, positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines ・Has good initiative and teamwork ・High level of confidentiality and ethics required
