Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Work with partner factories - Develop a culture of Kaizen and improve the performance of all partner factories with lean methodologies - Teach, support and drive application of lean principles and tools - Support the manufacturing team on quality data collection, analysis and systematization - Support research object on project management - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent ・Business English proficiency (ability to coordinate with foreigners with not difficulties) ・Min. 3 years as Lean Project Specialist or similar, experienced in Lean or Six Sigma tools in manufacture industry ・Experienced in data analysis tool with MS Excel, has statistical awareness, MS Office and tools such as Visio and Xmind ・Excellent communication, smart, good interpersonal skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in the footwear industry ・Able to communicate in Mandarin
