<Job Responsibilities> 1. Responsible for directing members in the Plastic Injection section. 2. Conducting and overseeing production scheduling, safety, maintenance, and quality. 3. Responsible for ensuring that products comply with product quality standards 4. Monitor and advise on quality management systems, produce data and report on performance. 5. Ensuring that the manufacturing or production process runs well.
Job Requirement
<Must Requirements> 1. Age of 25 - 35 years. 2. Having the ability to use Ms. Office 3. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the same field 4. Strong leadership and managerial skills 5. Minimal Diploma (D3) 6. Understanding the Kaizen process in a manufacturing environment 7. Having good knowledge about ISO and IATF 8. Having good organizational skills 9. Have the ability to solve problems and solution-oriented. 10. Having analytic thinking. 11. Minimal have a basic English skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> 1. Preferably Japanese Company
