Perform typing, receiving and serving guest, correspondence, filling.
Answer and screen incoming calls, emails, faxes, and post.
Provide administrative assistance to the Japanese President Directors, including arrange meeting, scheduling, etc.
Handle all business travelling.
Support GA work if needed (handling KITAS, IMTA, etc).
[Requirements]
Able to communicate in Japanese (N2 level).
3 years of working experiences as Secretary or Personal Assistant.
Willing to work in Karawang.
Female only.
Experienced in handling legal documents would be advantage.

[Remuneration]
Monthly net basic salary: Up to IDR 8.000.000
