Job Description
-Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
-Provide technical product knowledge and packaging solutions to meet customer requirements
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
-Train, coach, and evaluate sales representatives to enhance team performance.
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・Min 3-5 years of experience as Sales in manufacturing industry
・Having experience of sales or supporing to Japanese
・Min 1-2 years in supervisor or team leader role *Advantage
・Business level Japanese (JLPT N3-N1)
・Experience in B2B sales practices especially in packaging industry is big plus
