Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries for short and long stays
- Make sales calls and develop new accounts
- Assist with correspondence (emails, phone calls) in Japanese
- Conduct unit inspections for new inquiries
- Prepare necessary documents and contracts in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Follow up and maintain customer relationships while facilitating communication between internal and external parties
- Create Instagram content
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- High conversational Japanese (min. JLPT N3) and English
- At least 1 year of Sales experience and willingness to work in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possesses omotenashi spirit; friendly, well-mannered, polite, with a neat appearance
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident
