Job Description
- Explore and identify new market opportunities, particularly within the automotive industry, including dealerships, manufacturing facilities, and import/export businesses.
- Supervise, guide, and support the sales and marketing team to maximize performance and results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and vehicle delivery volume targets
- Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor activities to develop competitive sales proposals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts such as APMs (Authorized Brand Agents), car distributors, and logistics companies.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering, preferably with insight into the automotive or logistics/transportation sector
・Business level of English skill
・Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2B sales as assistant manager within the car carrier logistics, vehicle distribution, or automotive industry
・Possesses knowledge of routing and scheduling, cargo handling procedures, cost structures, and transportation regulations (including those related to import and export activitie).
・Bright personality with proven ability to manage key corporate accounts and to foster long-term client relationships
