Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and maintain relationships with existing Japanese clients as the main point of contact - Develop account strategies to ensure client retention and long-term partnership - Monitor client performance, identify business opportunities, and propose upselling initiatives - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising operations (schedule, submission, reporting) - Take ownership of client accounts and ensure high service quality and client satisfaction - Analyze client needs and provide strategic recommendations to maximize campaign effectiveness - Prepare and present reports and insights to both clients and internal stakeholders - Support the team in improving sales processes and client management strategies - Contribute to building a scalable client management framework as the business expands - (Potentially) mentor junior members in the future as the team grows
Job Requirement
<Preferable Skill / Experience> ・JLPT N1 or N2 certification (Business Level) ・Experience in handling Japanese clients or B2B accounts ・3-5 years sales or account management experience with upselling exposure ・Experience in advertising, media, or service-related industries
