• Lead the Sales Team • Manage, monitoring and controlling receive order, delivery control. • Managing and monitoring Business activities. • Managing and controlling, and coordination with internal staff related order, delivery or shipment. • Making and monitoring quotation cost • Manage and controlling between received order and quotation. • Price negotiation with customer • Forecast negotiation with affiliate. • Review and analyst (forecast, sales amount, lost profit) report to Superior
Job Requirement
・Certified Japanese Speaker (JLPT) ・Have knowledge and understanding in QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development). ・Minimum 5 years sales experience especially in Automotive company or PMA in manufacture / warehouse industry ・Has management (handling subordinates) experience ・Excellent communication skill, good interpersonal and leadership skills
