Job Description
- Create shipping documents (surat jalan) for outgoing shipments
- Assist the sales assistant manager with cost calculations
- Prepare quotations, receive purchase orders (PO), and maintain customer records
- Generate sales contracts and associated paperwork
- Create and process customer orders, including quotations
- Support the export and import documentation process
- Compile sales recaps and reports
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- At least 2 years of experience as Sales Admin in Trading industry, preferably from Food Trading
- High conversational English or above
- Excellent communication skills, neat, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
