<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese market and client base
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively acquiring new business opportunities
- Liaise with Japanese-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of branding and messaging
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree in any major or Min. D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
・Business Level Japanese Language Proficiency (own N2 cert.) and Conversational English Proficiency
・Min. 2 years of experience as Sales in Automotive manufacturing company communicating directly to Japanese expatriate clients, with good product knowledge
・Passionate about their job, good networking and hardworking
