<Number of employees : Total : 500 Local : 490 Japanese : 10 Foreigner : > <Report Line : Assistant GM (Local) & GM (Japanese)> <Team Member: 6 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 6 persons> <Products: Diapers> <Saturday Working: Depend> <Job Responsibilities> - Managing the products portfolio for end-users and industrial customers working closely with marketing, procurement, QA and production - Managing new product development from theoretical recipe to lab prototype and final product - Build up strong product development team in term of technical knowledge and working skill - Responsible for formula cost optimization projects - Providing necessary technical support to marketing, branding team - Delivering technical support to existing and new customers, and creating new market opportunities - Supporting all departments, on any technical or application issues relating to products - Completing follow-up and execution of necessary project documentation - Responsible in the projection of market research - Following up quality of competitor’s products on market
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Statistics, or equivalent - Min. 4 years of working experience in R&D and/or product development for FMCG - Good data analytical skills - Knowledge in market research method will be a plus - Good English language skill, conversational level
