Job Description
- Prepare Quantity Take Offs (QTO) from shop drawings and compare with site measurements, along with summaries of all measured works - Maintain a schedule of submission and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc. - Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates Valuations and Final Account - Preparation of MEP Tender documents including pricing - Tabulation of Price Comparison and Cost Summary - Preparation of Subcontractors payments and recording / monitoring of all site works - Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs / registers applicable - Make administration and calculations according to the needs of the Quantity Surveyor (QS) field - Carrying out field checks, calculating work volumes, and evaluating and checking material prices in regard of mechanical and piping. - Using AutoCAD software for calculation and documentation purposes - Coordinate with the project team and third parties to ensure smooth QS administration. - Perform cost and budget analysis, and provide related reports to project management. - Manage QS project documentation accurately and neatly. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical or other relevant discipline ・Experiences as Quantity Surveyor min. 5 years in Engineering or Construction site/Construction Business ・Basic knowledge on civil and building work, mechanical and electrical ・Master working drawings and volume calculations ・Good understanding of construction methods and types of materials ・Mastering knowledge regarding project cost calculations, and contract obligations for all parties involved ・Financial and commercial awareness ・Business level English (communication, writing) ・Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Teams) & AutoCAD ・Excellent communication skill ・Strong personality, positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines ・Has good initiative and teamwork ・High level of confidentiality and ethics required
