Job Description
- Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain, - Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities, - Review documentation of inspection across all areas. - Monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance understanding any commercial issues and impacts - Lead quality audits for supplier - Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues in timely manner, Investigate root cause and implement corrective actions, - Review and approve supplier change request - Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the quality management system (ISO 9001)
Job Requirement
・Bachelor degree in Engineering, quality management or related field ・At least 2 years of experience in supplier quality control or a related role in Manufacturing company ・Experience of working in Quality Management System & SNI Certificate. ・Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 : SNI Certificate, etc) ・Excellent in Data analysis/FMEA/Measurement System Analysis / Pokayoke / Minilab / QC Tools ・Good command in English; Japanese is advantage, ・Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision making, analytical skills
