<Job Responsibilities> ・Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors ・Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts ・Manage construction schedule and activities ・Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines ・Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering ・Have working experience min. 8 years as Project Manager or 10 years as Senior Building Site Engineer handling high rise building, warehouse, and factory experiences ・Have training experiences: FINON, PMBOK certificated ・Implementing ISO & OHSAS ・Business level English (active) ・Well skilled in project management, MS Project, MS Visio, S-curve, organization chart, building construction planning & execution <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・High multitasking ability ・Strong time management & project management ・Good leadership ・Analytical thinking and decision maker
