Responsibilities
- Make production plan base on Customer order requirement / forecast
- Checking purchase order from buyer member before submit to Suppliers
- Make simulation data value order based on PO every month
- Consolidation meeting supplier for problem solving
- Check invoice from suppliers before submit to finance department
- Inform forecast to supplier based on data from PPIC
- Create purchase order based on Production Plan
- Make delivery schedule for suppliers according to level stock stock and production schedule
- Monitor actual delivery vs plan delivery from suppliers
- Monitor actual delivery vs plan delivery to Customer
Requirements
- Experience 6-10 year PPIC Assistant Manager / Manager
- Bachelor Degree from Engineering (industrial) or equivalent
- Familiar with SAP system and operate
- Has good knowledge and handle (Export, Import, Purchasing, Planning production, Inventory/Material & Warehouse)
- Good in operating Ms. Office, familiar with SAP
- Good English for both oral & written, Japanese language will be an advantage
Desirable Experiences
- If able to speak Japanese will be a plus point

- Team work and fast learner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, passionate, strong personality
- Good analytical and thinking
- Good analytical trouble shooting
- Good leadership and mature
