<Number of employees : Total : 500+ Local : 500 Japanese : 5 Foreigner : > <Report Line : Japanese > <Team Member: 6 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 3 persons > <Products: Safety Belt > <Clients: Car Manufacturing > <Saturday Working: > <Job Responsibilities> - To coordinate Activities of production planning and warehouse - Resources to supervise between production and PPIC smoothly - To coordinate the activities of sales to customers - Responsible calculate forecast and doing meeting with sales regarding sales forecast - Monitory all inventories for the production process, stock in the warehouse - Making evaluation of the production, sales and inventory condition - Controlling stock to make sure, stock on balance position - Processing and analyzing data, about the plan and realization of production and sales and inventory data - Actively communicate with all parties concerned so as to obtain accurate date and up to date - Control the logistic stock available to production and delivery - Monthly stock takes activity - To coordinate with customers and forwarder due to sales or delivery - Establish contact and maintain good direct relationship with customers - Creating monthly management report discussion with department head - Making production schedule - Prepare bill of material (BOM) base on XYZ and drawing - Using Kanban system
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Minimum 5 years as Production Planning and Inventory Control Supervisor - Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive industries - Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any major - Business Level in Japanese (min. N2), both verbal and written - Conversational level in English, both verbal and written - Having ability to control material (Inventory control and Order control), control Product (Inventory control) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Have working experience in Japanese company - Having ability to control subordinates, good coordination, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, information and reporting skills - Have experience in Japanese Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company - Able to work with target & deadline, good PPIC skill and able to work under pressure - Hard worker, able to work under pressure, having capability to work as a team and well organized - Have good leadership, analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skill
