<Position Objective/Expectation > - To find someone who will be responsible to customized products based on request (tailor made) <Job Responsibilities> 1. Plan/Develop/Design/new car and vehicles parts 2. Execute design in CAD ( 2D --> 3D) 3. Design and development of parts utilizing CATIA 4. Work closely with Client's team to propose new product design and also find out their needs ( start from Design, development/improvement, suitable materials, costing, etc) 5. Create new ideas and investigate and apply alternative materials and manufacturing processes to reduce weight, cost, assembly time and improve performance 6. Verify designs through calculations and analysis and validate the product through evaluation and testing against the targets set. 7. Looking for suppliers for suitable materials needed and required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 1. S1 degree graduated in Mechanical Engineering 2. Experienced in utilizing design engineering and CAD & CATIA for product design, development and manufacture. 3. Must prove sufficient parametric 3D CAD capability with both solid and surface modelling using best practice techniques. 4. Experience in same field at least 3 years in Automotive industry 5. Able to communicate in English (oral and written) in conversational level 6. Willing to work overtime
