Position: Parts Department Assistant Manager/Manager - Automotive Trading
Reporting Line: Japanese Manager
Work Location: Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat
<Responsibilities>
※This position is always contacting overseas vendor.
・Importing and exporting our parts for 4/2 wheelers with overseas bases. [Almost working for importing side.]
・Contacting with client for following our parts and checking a demand of our parts.
・Inventory control or our parts.
・Management of sales amount.
※[For Manager] Managing around 8 subordinate.
<Qualification>
・Having experience and knowledge of trading.
・Be able to speak business English.
・Be used to talk with client and solve some troubles.
・Be able to manage sales amount and inventory.
・Having knowledge about 4 wheelers industry.
・Having management experience around 5 to 10 subordinates.
・Be good at a management by number.
・Knowledge about all of parts for 4 wheelers.
