Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Support Molding Injection / Mold Setter Engineer div. <Job Responsibilities> - Check the condition of the machine - Prepare standard operational before changing Mold - Change mold based on Planning from PC - Checking the safety for operators who operate the machine after setting the mold - Set Up Mold, set robot, set parameter & trial for production until sample QC is as per standard - Performing analysis and repairs, should during production it was found NG - New trial, production equipment maintenance, repair, production equipment production - Coordinate with other departments - Perform Traceability data from abnormal reports - Doing Kaizen activities - Create process procedures (Work Instructions or SOP) - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Diploma Degree in Engineering ・Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 2 years of experience as Mold Technical Material function ・Experienced in 650 ton class and able to perform traceability data from abnormal reports ・Experienced in new mold production ・MS Office proficiency ・Hardworking, able to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Japanese company ・Able to join ASAP
