Job Description
- Team Management in the Division: Provide supervision and instructions to subordinates and operators Ensure work quality through performance evaluations Conduct effective communication with concerned divisions and vendors - Machine Maintenance: Maintain machines such as harvesting equipment, trucks, and tractors in accordance with given targets and timelines Provide quick repairs for machines with the delivery schedule Conduct preventive maintenance effectively to increase machine availability and cleanliness - Spare parts Management: Implement structural inventory management Plan machine inspections and ensure availability of spare parts and other necessary items Collaborate with the Procurement division to source reliable parts from various vendors through effective communication - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years+ experience in Machine repair and workshop management - Management experience - Business level English - Design skill - Communication skill
