Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > Control all mold shop job for mold maker, mold maintenance, mold modification, CAM, CNC, mold repair. Develop mold shop for good performance, productivity in term of technology, method, process, machinery, manpower. Support technical director to achieve company goal in the mold shop area. Contribute to other department with knowledge, knowhow, experience. <Job Responsibilities> •Make sure that all project done in mold shop will be finished on time. •Give the needed planning information for internal customer & updated progress schedule •Making Review process with CAD designer to avoid mistake and potential improvement mold performance •Directly make identification and solution if the process of the project not done/not suitable •Control all the process of workflow to fit/suitable with the schedule project •Support technical director to achieve objective target at mold shop for mold maker and mold maintenance •Maintain and update the Project in the Master Data and ensure that all information’s in the Master Data are following the latest update of internal process •Implementation 7S and Kaizen at all mold shop area. •Monthly report mold cost, repair cost, part consumption, tool consumption. •Conduct daily and weekly coordination meeting with all head in the mold shop, PPIC & QC mold shop. •Continues improvement by implementation training in the mold shop area.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > •Bachelor’s degree from technical background related field/equivalent work experience. •Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in related field with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experiences. •Excellent skills of Mold Maintenance, CAM & CNC •Business level in English (both oral and written). •Experience in running shoe industry is an advantage. •Have good leadership, analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills •Willing to work in Cibitung
