<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate site requirements with contractors/vendors/customer
- Prepare Work schedule to suit customer requirements
- Ensure job is carried out within budget and schedule
- Purchase necessary materials as required
- Completing a job on-time and to customer satisfaction
- Prepare Technical Proposal for M and E building design
- Conduct Technical Presentation to the client
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimal Diploma's degree
・5 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer & handling subordinates in Construction.
・Extensive exposure to Mechanical Static Equipment construction activities
・Conversational to Business English proficiency.
・Computer Literacy & Ms. Office.
