<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate site requirements with contractors/vendors/customer - Prepare Work schedule to suit customer requirements - Ensure job is carried out within budget and schedule - Purchase necessary materials as required - Completing a job on-time and to customer satisfaction - Prepare Technical Proposal for M and E building design - Conduct Technical Presentation to the client - M & E Design and Consulting - Provide Cost Estimate for M and E building design - Establish rapport for long term customer relationship
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. - 3 Years of working experience in the related field as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for mission critical buildings such as Data Center, Server Room. - Good knowledge of CAD(Computer-Aided Design). - Certificated Technical PIC (PJT) or Classification PIC (PJK). - Conversational English proficiency. - Independent and possess initiative - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Committed and able to work under pressure
