- Provide compliance training - Socialize code of conduct - Maintain the validity of company certificates / licenses and agreement - LKPM report - Conduct legal research for regulations - Agreement drafting and review - Gather all requirement from related stakeholder to get the main requirement for the new project or business idea - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree in Law. ・4 years of experience as Legal Manager from any Japanese company. ・Business English proficiency.
