Job Description
- Arrange PKB between management and labor union
- Maintain compliance and law labor
- Presentation regarding updated situation of union labor to head section
- Communicate and negotiate with labor union regarding labor rules
- Maintain relationship with union labor
- Conduct employee counseling guidance, supervision of discipline enforcement of employee discipline in accordance with Collective Labor Agreements and Applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate cooperation between all sections to create a harmonious and conducive work system.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in law or psychology
・More than 3 years of working experience as Legal and Industrial Relation in Manufacturing industry
・Good understanding of law and regulation related to labor law
・Have direct experience in handling industrial related matter (Labour union or external party)
・Understand and have direct experience in coordinating matters related to making company regulation and collective labor agreements in the company
・Able to communicate in English
