Job Description
1. Own and grow a network of premium nano and micro KOLs, focusing on niche quality and high engagement.
2. Strategically match KOLs with the right brands, ensuring audience fit and content alignment.
3. Lead KOL sourcing, vetting, negotiations, and campaign execution.
4. Mentor and supervise junior KOL specialists, reviewing their work, guiding growth, and ensuring quality control.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (client services, creative, and strategy) to craft impactful influencer campaigns.
6. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to drive innovation.
8. Other related task also assigned
Job Requirement
- Have good English skill (above high conversation)
- 3–5+ years experience in influencer/KOL management or digital marketing.
- A ready-to-activate KOL database (especially nano and micro influencers across lifestyle, beauty, parenting, F&B, tech, etc.).
- Proven experience in mentoring or managing junior staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with influencer tools/platforms is a bonus.
