Job Description
- Work with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose technical solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers
- Prepare and present technical proposals, and bids to customers
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and technical issues
- Provide technical support to customers during the sales process, including responding to technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to ERP or IoT products
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・Min 2 years of experience as pre-sales B2B for IT product (ERP, IoT,etc) in any industry preferrable manufacture
・Business level of English
・Experience in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
・Basic IT literacy and ability to learn how to operate applications independently
