<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to Board of Directors meetings
- Support Japanese Expatriate in their daily office operation such as assisting in administrative task and bridging communication with the local
- Provide support to Japanese visitors
- Act as an interpreter (Japanese–Indonesian–English) for meetings, factory visits, and day-to-day communication between local and Japanese staff
- Translate documents (Report, Emails, ect) accurately
- Support tasks related to internal control such as company insurance, internal audits, company permits, and document management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・Business level of Japanese with minimum JLPT N3 Certificate
・Min 2 years of working experience as a Japanese Interpreter or Secretary
・Resilience and able to work under pressure
・Willing to be placed in Central Java
