Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Develop a detailed application design based on customer's business analysis and summary as data flow diagram, screen and print lay out, integration system interface, etc ・Create and maintain comprehensive project design documentation ・Create proposal material as pre-sales activity trough to hearing requirement from customer ・Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders ・Coordinate customer and internal/ third parties/ vendor resource for the flawless execution of projects ・Transfer design specification to developer and tester ・Manage daily reporting and understand escalation issue procedures ・(Depend on performance, in future, there is possibility that appoint group leader or group manager position as permanent employee)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Working experience as IT System Analyst / Project Manager / Business Analyst Min 2 years (Sales Management System, Finance System, Production Management System, Logistic System, Marketing System or etc) ・Pre-sales activity experience (Get requirement, overview design, estimate workload for quotation and sales presentation or proposal to customer) ・Application design skill based on application development experience ・Experience as project leader level that manage subordinate developer and tester ・Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or Engineering ・Excellent client facing and internal communication skill (Ho-Ren-So mind, Report Communication and Consultation) ・Excellence spoken and written English skills ・Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office ・Willing to work in North Jakarta (Sunter area) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having knowledge in automotive industry and manufacturing process is an advantage ・Robotics Process Automation Implementation experience is a plus ・Daily conversation and reading in Japanese is an advantage
