Job Description
-Perform tier-1 troubleshooting, escalation and coordination
-Provides an administrative support service to the IT Operation team
-Communicates in a professional manner, provides updates and ensures clients are aware of the actions that are being undertaken on their behalf.
-Ensures all relevant documents related to the task / requests are maintained, including the client’s information.
-Performs any other related task as required
Job Requirement
-Hold bachelor’s degree from IT Major
-Has working experience minimum 2 Years in IT Area
-Experience in handling IT issue Network, PC, Software, mobile phone.
-Have an enthusiast to learn IT Infrastructure area
-Technical background (Windows, LAN, System/Server)
-Familiarity with common office applications (e.g., Office 365, Teams)
-Communication skill
