Job Description
Task Management -Plan, prioritize, and execute IT-related tasks and projects. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of IT services. -Maintain documentation and reporting for ongoing and completed tasks. System Virtualization & Backup -Manage and maintain virtual environments using platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. -Administer and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication solutions. -Ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. System Security -Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices. -Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and apply necessary patches and updates. -Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Microsoft Server & Services Administration -Administer and support Active Directory, WSUS, and Exchange Server. -Manage user accounts, group policies, and email services. -Ensure high availability and performance of Microsoft-based services. Server Infrastructure -Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft based servers. -Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues. -Perform regular system updates and maintenance. -system scalability, reliability, and performance. -Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed. -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in information technology or information systems ・Min 3 years of experience as IT Supervisor in handling infrastructure and systems development ・Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms and Veeam Backup, VMware or HyperV ・Strong knowledge of system security practices and tools. ・Proficiency in managing Active Directory, WSUS, and Exchange Server. ・Solid understanding of Microsoft server environments. ・Strong problem-solving and communication skills. ・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
