- Establish project plan baseline define project scope, strategy, secure the necessary resources.
- Drive project execution: manage project team, track project activities, manage software quality, handle changes, conflicts and escalations.
- Lead and manage customer requirements, provide suggestions and feedback when necessary.
- Manage customer relationship, ensure project progress.
- Develop the business participate to develop business proposal and contract preparation
- Perform project reporting to project stakeholder, especially to Customer Top Management
[Requirement]
- Minimum have 3 years of experience in Project Management, Ideally in Customer environment
- Experience in developing good project management plan
- Familiar with Project Management Process Group: Planning, Execution, Controlling & Correction, Clossing Project, preferred PMBOK framework.
- Broad knowledge of requirement management, change management, risk management.
- Has experience of Software Development project with its full cycle
- Has good analysis reporting and presentation skill
