<Number of employees: Total: 9 Local: 8 Japanese: 1> <Report Line: Engineering Manager> <Team Member: 2-3 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons> <Products: Interior design & build, fit-out, lighting & electrical facility materials & installation> <Clients: Office buildings, factories, etc. (90% of the clients are Japanese companies)> <Position Objective/Expectation > - Design & layout job - Office furniture build in mechanical & network construction <Job Responsibilities> - Visualizing design into detailed working drawings according to the clients' needs and requests - Assisting the Team Leader in presenting the drawing report - Giving suggestions to clients regarding the important factors in interior design - Responsible for managing drawing documents in neat order - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architecture - Min. 2 years of experience as a Construction/Interior Design Drafter, handling projects related to office, residence, hotel, or restaurant building - Able to read and analyze design, understand technical specifications of interior and furniture, and visualize it into detailed drawings - Has a good time management - Proficiency in design software/programs (AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Rendering, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) - Highly creative and thoroughly detailed in creating interior design - Own driving license (SIM A) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proficiency in English or Japanese
