Job Description
- Conduct employee recruitment process
- Manage employee training and development
- Responsible to all HR Administration activity (Attendance, payroll, employee data, organization chart, etc.)
- Socialize corporate policies to all employees
- Managing jamsostek, K3, BPJS
- Maintain employee order and discipline
- Other tasks as assigned

- Melakukan proses rekrutmen karyawan
- Mengelola pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan
- Bertanggung jawab atas semua kegiatan Administrasi SDM (kehadiran, penggajian, data karyawan, bagan organisasi, dll.)
- Mensosialisasikan kebijakan-kebijakan perusahaan kepada seluruh karyawan
- Mengelola jamsostek, K3, BPJS
- Menjaga ketertiban dan kedisiplinan karyawan
- Tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan
Job Requirement
・Minimum 4 Years experience as HRGA Supervisor/Senior Staff *Working in warehousing company is big plus
・Bold, tough, strong, able to handle warehousing employees
・Willing to constantly do fieldwork
・Willing to work in Karawang
