Job Description
- Communicates with IT consultants if there is any issue regarding gadgets used in the office
- Manages vendor relations such as vendor gatherings and parcels for vendors
- Controls and monitors office supply (ATK) inventory.
- Manages customer agreements; ensures contract renewals before expiration.
- Communicates with Japanese director for golf reservations
- Handles and communicates with BPJS representative if there is any issue with the employees' BPJS
- Responsible for sourcing vendors for health insurance replacements if needed
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・Conversational level of Japanese at least N4 level
・HRGA experience (mostly handled GA-related) for at least 1 year
・Able to attend in-person interview in South Jakarta
・Able to join ASAP
