Job Description

- Support the organization’s strategy by mapping out plans and corporate procedures to achieve desirable outcomes from HR, Corporate Administration, and Compliance perspectives
- Assist in formulating and monitoring the implementation of the company’s strategic business plan
- Develop, implement, continuously review, and propose improvements to HR policies, guidelines, procedures, and programs in accordance with government regulations, including employment law, and ensure staff compliance
- Manage and supervise Corporate Office functions and act as the key representative in communicating important decisions among stakeholders, particularly from the perspectives of Human Resources, Corporate Administration, and Compliance
- Identify and recommend process improvements and internal controls to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, protection of assets, reliability of data and information, and operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents on internal and regulatory compliance matters related to HR, Corporate Administration, and Compliance
- Manage all office documentation, including company license documents
- Ensure the payroll function (salary and bonus processing) is carried out correctly and on time each month
- Take the lead in bridging communication between the company, management, and employees, including supervising employee inquiries related to HR matters
- Supervise sub-functions of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll Administration & Compensation (including journal submissions to Finance), Learning and Development, Engagement, etc.
- Act as an advisor and subject matter expert on HR-related matters for the Jakarta offices
- Lead the QC team in maintaining and enhancing ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, and ISO 22301
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Human Resources, or related field
- Business level English
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager in any industry, preferably from Construction / Finance
- Strong understanding of basic finance functions, including hands-on experience with payroll and PPh21 calculations
- CHRP or CHRM certification
- Experience in handling Anti-Bribery Management Systems
- Willingness to visit project sites
