Job Description
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding process including job posting, candidate screening, selection, and offering.
-Responsible in handling payroll
- Maintain attendance of employee, overtime and annual leaves
- Handle Employment agreement, monitoring probation and contract status
- Responsible employee training and development
- Handle facility management and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and services.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative task.
- Experience in handling IR
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・min Diploma or Bachelor's degree of psychology or related major
・Have 5 years experience as HRGA in Japanese manufacture
・Have 2-3 years experience as HRGA Supervisor in manufacture
・Conversational English
