Job Description
-Responsible for planning employee training schedule
-Make budget planning and employee training
-Analyze the type of training required
-Report training results and ensure employees apply them to work that can be measured based on performance achievement indicators
-Evaluate the results of employee training
-Perform other HR functions as required
-Other task also assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from any major
-Must be able to handle both IR and Corporate security but more to IR (industrial relations)
- Latest experience as HRGA Manager preferably from Logistic / Manufacturing companies
- Experience handling employees in labor unions, including big cases
-Must be from a Japanese company (no job hopper)
-Must have own car for mobility
-Experience with ISO just started and must have experience handling ISO, or have participated in ISO audits
-Willing to travel to branches (cikarang, karawang, cikampek)
