Job Description
-Coordination with external HR agents
-Reporting to the factory manager
-Staff recruitment
-Monthly interviews with local manufacturing staff including discussions on compensation and other matters
-Coordination with the head office
-Other duties also assigned
Job Requirement
・have working experinece as HR Manager / One HR more than 5 years in Food industry
・Have English or Japanese language skill (above high-conversation, communication with JP factory director)
・Have working experience in Japanese company or new established companay
